We confirm home square feet online via your county's appraisal district website and this is the one used for pricing and is for livable square feet only, the garage is not included in livable square feet.
We provide all supplies/equipment.
Upon scheduling, we do provide a 1-2 hour window, if you will not be home during that time, please leave key, access code or instructions for entry to home.
Items/Areas not cleaned
We do not clean inside fireplace, inside china cabinets, attics, toys, range hoods/exhaust hoods/vent hoods, BBQ grills, walls, pillars, garden/patio items, dog beds/cages/kennels, fitness/gym equipment, blood, carpet stains, t.v or electronic devices. Beds or heavy furniture/rugs cannot be moved, packing or handyman services (ex: picture frame hanging) not available.
We kindly ask that you secure your pet in a room or crate where the cleaning crew will not be entering or inform us of any special instructions regarding your pet(s).
If any accidental damage or breakage occurs, we will get in touch with you immediately. Please note that we are not responsible for damage resulting in normal wear/tear including loose items.
A Cleaning to Remember conducts background checks on team members via Info Cubic - Info Cubic is defined as a "Consumer Reporting Agency" by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Please be sure to obtain sufficient evidence and contact us immediately regarding theft concern.
If you are not satisfied, please notify our office within 24 hours of the cleaning (includes the weekend) via phone or email email@example.com. We will only re-clean the area(s) you call regarding. Please note, we are not able to offer refunds.
Cash, check made out to 'A Cleaning to Remember', Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover payments are accepted. Sales tax of 8.25% will be charged. Payment is due once cleaning crew is finished with the cleaning.
